1. Your dog will be treated with the very best care and attention, as if it was my own dog.
2. Your dog will never be left in a cage, awaiting their turn to be groomed. I am very much against this conveyabout grooming. Your dogs groom will start at the time you drop him/her off to me.
3. Your dog will get my full undivided attention throughout their times here at Spot On. This includes lots of cuddles.
4.Your dog will be groomed to your specifications to suit your lifestyle, and the dogs. To a very high standard.
5. Your dog will get to spend some free time in our very large secure garden to run around and play during his/her visit.
6. Your dog will be 100% safe and secure at all times, there is no possiblity of escape. 
7. Your dogs groom is never rushed,I want your dog to feel at ease, so if your dog is timid or nervous/aggressive etc time will be allocated to allow for this.
8. Your dog will leave Happy and looking and smelling Lovely!
